Clarity Cares
Clarity Cares is an income-based sliding scale fund that allows Clarity to offer some services at a reduced rate to individuals without the ability to pay full fees and/or without apt insurance coverage. Care Credit
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer Care CreditTM– a flexible way to pay for hearing aid services from Clarity. CareCredit helps you pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses for you and your family. Once you are approved, you can use it again and again* to help manage health, wellness, and personal care costs not covered by insurance.
Options include:
- 6 months or 12 months no interest payment Plan
- 24 month, 36 month, and 48 month Budget Payment Plan (Monthly payments required – Current APR 14.90% subject to change)
