OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (Full-Time)

The Operations Specialist is a critical member of Clarity’s Operations Team, having the primary responsibility of being a first point of contact for those we serve. The Operations Specialist provides information about Clarity’s services to the public, patients/clients, allied professionals, and other agencies, and will assist the patient in accessing services at Clarity. Promptness, accuracy, and attention to detail will be required for this position.

2+ years of experience in medical office administration and an Associates Degree are required for this position.

PSYCHOLOGIST (Full-Time)

Clarity’s psychologists specialize in assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including specific learning disorders (including dyslexia and nonverbal learning disorder), ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability, and in the development of recommendations for appropriate remediation of concerns. Clients served are usually preschool age to young adulthood and access Clarity’s psychological evaluations services via private pay or using Clarity’s sliding scale program (referred to as Clarity Cares, which assists families without insurance and with financial need in accessing services). Clarity’s Psychologists are members of the Psychology and Counseling Department, which is comprised of licensed psychologists, professional counselors and clinical social workers.

A Doctoral Degree in Psychology with specific training in assessment of pediatric and adolescent neurodevelopmental disorders, including specific learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability is required for this position. In addition, licensure (or eligibility for licensure) through the SC LLR as a Licensed Psychologist is required. Strong post doctoral fellows seeking supervision for licensure will be considered.

PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL SPECIALIST (Part-Time)

Clarity’s psycho-educational specialists have expertise in assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including specific learning disorders (including dyslexia and nonverbal learning disorder), ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability, and in the development of recommendations for appropriate remediation of concerns. Clients served are usually preschool age to young adulthood and access Clarity’s psycho-educational evaluation services via private pay or using Clarity’s sliding scale program (referred to as Clarity Cares, which assists families without insurance and with financial need in accessing services). Clarity’s psycho-educational specialists are members of the Psychology and Counseling Department, which is also comprised of licensed psychologists, professional counselors and clinical social workers.

Masters plus 30 in Psychology or a Doctoral Degree in Psychology with specific training in assessment of pediatric and adolescent neurodevelopmental disorders, including specific learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability is required for this position. In addition, licensure through the SC LLR as a Psycho-Educational Specialist (LPES) is required for this position.
