Clarity is excited to offer a two week summer reading program: Plant Your Seed to Read!

We are offering two 2-week sessions during the summer for $300 per week.

1st Session 1: June 19th – June 30th

2nd Session 2: July 10th- July 21st

These hours will be filled with fun, engaging games and activities that will focus on improving weak language based skills. Studies have shown that kids lose 30% of the knowledge learned in the previous school year if they do not actively continue to read.

During the two-week program, we will focus on the following skills: spelling, reading, and writing in a multi-sensory learning approach. Children who attend the program will also participate in hands on activities that focus on listening skills and following directions.

Plant Your Seed to Read will be led by Ashley Henderson and Dr. Laura Rogers, who are both experts in reading and intervention. Ashley has over 20 years of teaching experience in both the public school and at a private school for students with language based disabilities. She is also trained in Orton Gillingham and other specialized methodologies that are geared towards specific learning challenges. Dr. Rogers’s research in graduate school focused on reading assessment and intervention. Dr. Rogers is knowledgeable about curriculum based measures and research based academic intervention. With their vast experience they are able to use a variety of strategies to serve diverse learning challenges.

To register for the program contact Clarity at (864) 331-1382.

We look forward to you planting your seed to Read!!
